Request for Qualifications for Trade subcontractor Packages for the Oak Bluffs Town Hall, 56 School St, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557

The Town of Oak Bluffs Massachusetts requests that qualified and experienced Trade Contractors submit Trade subcontractor Statement of Qualifications Forms to the www.Projectdog.com. Qualifications Forms must be received on/before 2:00 pm, July 22, 2020.

SCOPE: Interior demolition and complete renovation with  an additional floor for the existing Town Hall. The estimated cost of construction is $11 million with a construction schedule of 11 months.

This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL Chapter 149A. The Town of Oak Bluffs, through its Board of Selectmen Prequalification Sub Committee is prequalifying firms interested in providing Trade subcontractor services on this Public Construction Manager at Risk Project for the renovation of the existing Town hall, through this RFQ process.

Only prequalified firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified. Additional Trade subcontractor prequalification criteria and details of the selection process is included within the RFQ Packet.

Trade subcontractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested Trade subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work:

Masonry (ECC $157,985), Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron (ECC $68,369), Waterproofing, Dampproofing and Caulking (ECC $117,553), Roofing and Flashing (ECC $184,920), Entrances Storefronts, Glass and Glazing (ECC $469,839), Tile (ECC $200,959), Acoustical Tile (ECC $73,391), Resilient Floors (ECC $164,416), Painting (ECC $64,272), Elevators (ECC $180,000), Fire Protection ($158,674), Plumbing (ECC $301,562), HVAC (ECC $1,214,971), Electrical (ECC $1,071,392)

The Owner's Project Manager is Atlantic Construction & Management, Inc., the Project Designer is ICON Architecture, and the Construction Manager is Dellbrook J&J JV.
