The following forms are available for you to print, fill out and return via email, standard mail or bring to the Station at your convenience. Due to COVID-19 we are limiting in person contact at the Station. Please use the locked Drop Box in the front lobby of the Station (open 24/7) to drop off paperwork and fees. All fees are $50 cash or check made payable to the Town of Oak Bluffs unless otherwise specified.
If an inspection is required, you will be contacted by a member of the Administration to schedule said inspection. All inspections take place on Tuesdays through Thursdays between 2:00 – 4:00 PM. If your inspection fails, another complete application and fee are required for a re-inspection and the same process as above applies.
