The Personnel Board oversees the Oak Bluffs Personnel By-laws which provide fair and equitable working conditions and benefits for Oak Bluffs employees. The Board acts in an advisory capacity to the Board of Selectmen and the Town Administrator with respect to personnel policies and procedures. Is also responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the classification and salary plans and hears appeals from employees concerning pay, classification and supplementary benefits.

Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
