Parks & Recreation Special Event Permit Applications need to be submitted to the Park Department Office Administrator (located at the Robert E Rose Town Garage, 347 County Road, PO Box 1327, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557) by 3:00 PM the Wednesday prior to a Parks Commission meeting with a deposit check of $100.00 (One Hundred dollars).
